This is the WORST SERVICE I've ever seen at Starbucks chains. The attendants are rude, it seems that they don't like to be there. Mainly with Latin customers. There is only one guy (his name is Serafin) who is super polite, friendly, attentive, I can't believe how he manages to work in the same environment as the other girls. I see many people leave dissatisfied after buying their lunch. If you have more time, I suggest you go to the other store that is very close to this one, at 1640 Bell Ln, Atwater, CA 95301
Took about 30 mins on a Saturday for 1 drink in drive thru, that is just way too long a wait. Ordered mobile order too.
The staff is great. Outside of that, the wait time is a little unbelievable. The concept of ordering ahead is to save time. I recently placed an order which gave an 11 minute estimate. It took a total of 27 minutes to get my drink. I understand the 11 minutes is an estimate but When it is double the time, that's not very accurate. The system should modify or shut down mobile ordering when a store is getting that busy. I could have driven to a different location and had my drink sooner in that amount of time..
Great coffee as always. Staff here are awesome and always with a friendly atmosphere.
The lady with the name Cynthia was very disrespectful hope the manager sees the cameras more.
