Chicken Express - Aubrey

Wait 20 minutes to get three pieces of chicken. Looks like they cook in food or chicken when I have ordered it, even the customer service is very bad. Not even thanks for buying the meal. Not even welcome.

At 7:30 last night I got a 16 piece mixed chicken with an extra-mashed potato that I got home, they had what looked like they had a little bit of our potatoes. And my okra was really cold and damp, so we had to warm it up in the microwave, the chicken was so salty, I was very upset I will never go again for now? You pay for a good meal and you get cold food and cannot feed all your family because there is hardly anything. $50.00 for a meal that doesn't even feed my family??? The manager said if I could bring our food back, they would replace it as if you wanted me to bring the food back up there after we put it on our plates and already ate it? No, we threw it away because it was terrible. ve never had this problem.

Apparently, a 4pc tender flour was ordered and 2 nuggets were designated as tenders. After eating a tender I made a picture of the 3 offers I had left. We ordered a 4pc sharp delicate meal that 't have Gravy served with it so they asked for BBQ sauce and had to pay for bbq sauce! The potatoes with both meals were not hot, I would say lukewarm. Apparently gizzards are not served with engraving. We had a problem with the water button on the Soda machine, where it stuck, as water always pour out the buyer went to tell the manager and the manager never came out to support the situation. I fixed her problem and guess what? I don't know about the manager. No paper towels in the bathroom. Ah. The remodel was a joke! Since the prices have been increased and you think that customer service is at least better, but now that they don't have 50 cents of tea, this place is just one of the FEW sites in old Aubrey and I feel like the only reason why they still have a place here.

It was good to have a good chicken! The people here were very helpful as I am disabled, and it was fast and good! Not too crowded.

The 12 piece meal we bought was definatly an older batch that they throw in the fryer to look fresh but it was hard, burned and disgusting. Never again.
