Fantastic service! Raymond took our order and made us feel like old friends. He had us laughing the entire time in the drive-thru right up to checkout! I highly recommend this place!

This Starbucks consistently gets my drink just right and has the friendliest staff. I made the mistake of ordering from another location when I knew I would be near this one later. When I pulled into their drive-thru to see if I could pay for some add-ins to fix my drink from the other place, the staff at Cross Roads insisted on making me a new drink for free. Their customer service and barista skills are outstanding. Thank you!

Your Tuesday morning barista was great! I can be kind of indecisive about coffee because they?re either too strong or too sugary. She made a great recommendation and I loved my drink. She was so patient about it. I love when people make suggestions because sometimes making a choice can be overwhelming with all your choices.

Omg its my birthday and my barista Ray was nothing but a legit ray of sunshine ?? customer service was above and beyond even made sure my daughter had her unicorn ? cake pop. We will definitely be back for outstanding service and yummy coffee/dessert
