If I could give this place minus stars, I would. I've been a regular customer at this Taco Time and rely on their app for my orders. Tonight, I placed my usual order through the app and went to pick it up. However, when I got to the drive-thru, the staff said they couldn't find my order, even after I provided my order number and the name it was under. Their only solution was for me to call an 800 number, which they didn’t provide; they just told me to call a number without making any effort to resolve the issue or offer a refund or my food. They seemed uninterested in finding out what I ordered. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I used to be a regular customer here, but not anymore. I'm completely appalled by how we were treated. What happened to customer service?
