Dutch Bros Coffee - Auburn

A Dutch Bros location that doesn't have a long line wrapping around the block.

I'm not entirely sure if it's appropriate to leave a review since I didn't actually make it through the drive-thru. I waited behind a car for 15 minutes, and unfortunately, there was no movement. I was really hoping to grab a coffee, but I didn't have enough time. However, I plan to return tomorrow morning, and I sincerely hope that the beautiful blonde with bangs covering her eyes will be working again.

I switched from the other drive-through on 49 because the kids working there were chatting with drivers they obviously knew, causing me to wait between 5 to 10 minutes just to place my order. However, the last two times I visited Dry Creek, I experienced the same issue, so I ended up driving away! How can any business think this behavior is acceptable? When you're hot, tired, and in need of a cold drink between jobs, it's frustrating when the only car in front of you won't move up to the window because they’re busy swapping stories. I've noticed they haven’t been very busy lately, so you’d think they’d be eager to serve all the customers they can get… well, you've just lost another one.

The employees are always so... polite and pleasant! Love my Carmelizer
