In Out Burger - Auburn

The atmosphere at the restaurant reminds me of how things were before the COVID-19 lockdown. There used to be good customer service, but now the staff is just plain rude.

The shakes were terrible; they tasted like oil, and we ended up throwing them in the trash. The fries were also disappointing. The burger was decent, but I would choose to eat somewhere else next time.

Super fast service, great parking lot, by far the largest I've seen at an In-N-Out. The staff was very friendly. No cool donation stuff, some times during the year In-N-Out will match your donation to some worthy cause 3 to 1 which I love.

Stopped after 10+ hours of driving to nap for 20 minutes and was repeatedly harassed by staff and management to leave the premises.

The line moves fast, people are always friendly and food is ALWAYS amazing! And ty for keeping your prices low!
