Fries were cold and dry. chicken is not as good as it used to be it sucked I wish I had ordered pizza instead. I'll never order 12 piece bucket of chicken from KFC again was not worth the money matter of fact I believe I got ripped off.
The sandwich wasn't very crispy... the fries were definitely old... 5.5/10
I ordered my usual famous bowl, but this time they used their new chicken nuggets instead of the popcorn chicken. To be honest, I'm not a fan of the change. However, the rest of the food was great!
Everything was exceptional! The chicken was fresh and hot, and all of my special requests were followed exactly as I asked.
