The nightshift staff is terrible! they are extremely rude, careless, no customer service skills what ever,

Made a mobile order that I was going to pick up in a space, but it was never brought out to me. When I tried to ask about it in the drive-thru line, no one answered the speaker. Would absolutely not recommend.

I wish I could give this store no stars. The staff and managers are horrible. They always have the doors closed and they close the drive thru with tons of people in the lines late at night and they don’t tell anyone that they are closed. Corporate should do a secret audit on this restaurant because this is sad. The managers are mean as well as the employees.

If only there was negative. This place is NEVER open when they say they are, and if they are then it will take 30 minutes even if you're the only person. Staff are always rude. Corporate needs to change the staff out here BAD

I just went on the way around 8:45, and the lady on the loudspeaker said they were closed. I didn't hear first and asked if this is what she said, and she answered by saying that she is "the only one here, so yes, she has to clean up." online it still says that this location is open 24 hours. Maybe they should update this online or find a better way to let their customers know that they are closed, except by the loudspeaker on the running gear. if I could give this place, I'd not recommend.
