My wife and I loved the food and the wait staff was amazing!!!!

We were there this morning. The breakfast taco was amazing! I wish I had taken a pic! The waitress was also amazing and attentive.

Picked up a bag of Buttermilk mix and found it to be the best tasting we’ve ever made. We add some pecans from time to time and always use Maryland MapleSyrup. We’ve been using this brand for over 3 years now and have no plans on changing because this is our favorite after 70+ years

There are very few tables overall and no place for a single. I was told the wait would be 30 min maybe more, maybe less. I decided to wait so I would shop and have a latte. The latte was excellent. They had all kinds of pancake mixes, some flours for sale plus a few other items. I waited 20 min and there were still 4 parties ahead of me. They do take reservations. I didn't wait. Not a good fit for the solo traveler. And I totally understand. I should have gotten something to go. Great latte tho.

I’ve been away from NY for many years but do visit on occasion, was surprised to see New Hope as a restaurant now! As a kid from the 80s, I have many fond memories of my mom taking me to the New Hope pancake breakfasts at their old location with the mill. They used to set out these long tables and host all you can eat pancake breakfasts and let people tour the mill, it was so much fun back in the day. Love that wherever I am in the world, I can now order a taste of my childhood.
