Good home cooking. Meat and 2 type of place with a friendly atmosphere. We came on a Sunday afternoon and only had to wait maybe 5 minutes in line. Only complaint was the size of the fried chicken breast. It was on the small side. Everything else was great! Sweet tea was on the syrupy side.
I heard good things about this place and decided to give them a try. Customer service was great and had no problems receiving my order. But disappointed in the food. The vegetables tasted as if sugar was added. And, the peach cobbler was too sweet to eat. Maybe better luck next time around...
Delicious! The fried chicken was exactly how I like it. The collard greens and sweet potatoes were fantastic!
I had an amazing first experience at Pannie-George's Kitchen! I ordered the fried chicken (wing thighs), macaroni and cheese, black-eyed peas, sweet tea, and a slice of butter pecan cake. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the sweet tea was just the way I like it. They even offered lime Kool-Aid, which we don’t get in Connecticut. I will definitely stop by Pannie-George's Kitchen again whenever I'm back in the Auburn area!
