Contribuisci feedbackThey need to just shut down permanently and let something else open up that is going to serve customers consistently. 80% of the time the dining room is locked, with no pattern or reasons why. They frequently just shut the whole restaurant down, including the drive-thru, during business hours. If they are shutting down every other day, then they have serious problems. It's frustrating to people who drive or walk to the restaurant during lunch or dinner, only to be turned away. And when they are actually open, half the menu is unavailable because of shortages. Just go to KFC down the street.
Yesterday evening pick up an order for doordash. No one ever came to the editor. I waited a few minutes and moved to the window. several employees looked at me and ignored me for probably 5-10 minutes. they all looked at me and giggled each other. someone finally came into the window. I told her I'd pick up for doordash. She never said a word and went away from the window. they finally gave me the food and I left. absolutely unprofessional and rude
I placed an order online and set to pick it up at 9. Got there and no one came to the speaker for about 5 mins. So I pull around and when I get to the window looked at me like I had done something wrong. Then he proceed to ask me what I had, in those words. He didn't even speak. Told him my order number which was #19 he acted as if he was lost. he closed the window went to check the register to look for my order, finds my order then proceeds to go to the back to drop my shrimp. So I ended up with piping hot shrimp and cold fries. also he asked me did I have a drink with it, I just told him don't worry about it and just left. I've also been there on a number of occasions on my lunch breaks and received bad service. they say they are out of stuff and in reality the time is usually a little after 9 and they actually told me the are trying to have to have the store closed by 10. I brushed that off. but tonight takes the cake because I ordered on the App trying to get my food which they say they don't usually have and still got the bad end of the stick. I really would like a response back. This is my first review EVER. im just tired of their service and thought someone should know...................
My partner ordered a box of fried chicken and specifically requested all drumsticks. When we got home, however, there wasn't a single drumstick in the box. Instead, we found a mix of other pieces—all the ones we didn't want. The staff member who helped us seemed disinterested, almost as if he did it on purpose to be cool. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so we doubt it was an oversight due to being overwhelmed. This was our second visit, and unfortunately, the food has been disappointing both times. We've decided that this will be the last time we spend our money here, which is a shame because we both love Popeyes in other cities.
The person who greeted me had a very dull personality. I ordered three pieces of dark meat with the bone and got one side. I won't be returning. Food rating: 2/5.
