Subway - Auburn

This subway has the best staff ever!!! Sheila always goes out of her way to make me and my family feel welcome and knows my order from memory. This location is always clean and smiles all around, both staff and customers! I recommend this location for both eating in and catering needs. When ever I'm in town I always stop by for a quick sandwich and welcoming atmosphere. Try it out if you're close by and experience it for yourself.

Great food but slow service on a Sunday afternoon. They need to have 3 people scheduled during peak times to prevent the line from going out the door

Followed special instructions in online order, food was ready fast. Employees were kind and quick.

I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership recently, but the new owners are not putting enough tuna on their sandwiches. There is barely any tuna, with mostly just vegetables.

If a restaurant's posted hours state that they are open until 9pm, and the door is still open at 8:53pm, then they should definitely serve a customer who walks in. However, in this case, I was rudely turned away by a dismissive woman who claimed that they had already put away the food and were closed. When I questioned if they were still open until 9, she ignored me and refused to acknowledge my inquiry. I left feeling frustrated and will not be returning. They should learn how to properly manage a business.
