Yummy Villa - Auburn

I LOVE this place!! best milk tea in town with good pricing. i suggest taro or peach milk tea with boba pearls. servers are very sweet and always helpful. : the place has nice booths to sit in although i usually end up drinking my tea on the go. totally recommend this place!!! also their ice cream is good but i've only tried it once. overall recommend!!!

This is the 2nd location my wife and I tried. It's not a surprise that it's yummy ? like the other location. Great place and always a treat.

I have only tried Boba Tea once before and did not like but I tried the Cappuccino Boba at Yummy Villa and it was great, maybe a little too much Boba for my taste but it was great. My daughter's 2nd experience though she doesn't remember the first; she was not huge a fan of their strawberry but I think it is the milky tea. She will try another flavor next time. They also have great looking ice cream.

The atmosphere is family friendly and treats are divine ?

Great Ice cream and milkshakes, staff was great too.
