Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I just left Zaxby's and found a bug in my drink after finishing almost all of it. I noticed it when I went to enjoy the ice that everyone loves. It's really disappointing to find a bug in my drink.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant. I waited for a table that prepared the food, and when I asked if they could hold it for me for about 5 to 10 minutes, the staff rudely responded that I shouldn’t rush since I was only ordering one dish. This lack of consideration really frustrated me. I didn't appreciate the way they treated me.

It is unfortunate that I can not evaluate with negative stars. that is by far the worst restaurant I have ever experienced. the workers are terrible deplorable and hate their work. very sad when their order is completely grounded and after two try to fix the order, they can not get it right yet. the workers who work on 2 October 2022 at 2:15 o'clock are pathetic and have to be fired before the place gets it out of their performance.

Loved the chicken sandwich but service is terrible. It's like they are open but don't really want to be. I guess they think if they make you wait long enough to take your order and make sure that they say just enough words to get the total of the order that you won't come back and bother them.

Good food and good service! Nothing beats their Cobb Zalad!
