Wendy's - Auburn

This staff is exactly what you expect from today's slow food resteraunts. Not nice or caring about there customers. Cold fries and even colder attitudes.

This Wendy’s location is awesome! It was a cool modern interior that is always kept clean. They’ve had the automatic drink machine with a multitude of flavor for a while but pushing the touchscreen to select my favorite beverages never gets old. They have gotten the toppings on my sandwich wrong a few times; however, the staff fixes the error each and every time. One of the employees held the door for me as he returned off of his break. The best Wendy's in Auburn. That's just my opinion they have the softest buns always get the crispy chicken and that new melon lemonade is fire

Well, the food was below average but the service was horrible. Cashier had no name tag. And even before that, the ladies room was beyond bad. Toilet wasn't flushed and won't, no toilet paper is the only working one, a dirty cleaning glove draped over the rail and no paper towels. The floor was sticky and everything was sub par. Trash on the floor, trash cans overflowing, no effort to clean at all. We told the cashier and the manager rolled her eyes. Then they stood in the kitchen area complaining about the complaints that were made.

Very nice Wendys location. Always fresh food to be had here. Definitely recommend eating here when needing a quick bite to eat. Hot fries and a cold frosty can't be beat.
