Qdoba Mexican Eats - Auburn Hills

I'm so sorry I don't know how to spell her name! But Zowati(? is absolutely phenomenal, I don't even remember the last time I received such intentional, thoughtful, and considerate service at a restaurant counter. As someone who's worked in restaurants for years, from Chipotle to fine dining, I highly highly value strong customer service skills and she most certainly had them!! Most places like this, if they run low on an ingredient they just scrape the bottom of the pan and give you the scraps. Behavior like that is precisely how I became a Qdoba fan after being a lifelong Chipotle fanatic. I needed double chicken on my bowl and burrito, and she actually WENT THROUGH THE TROUBLE to go grab fresh protein once the container ran low. She was attentive, lively, and fun. Made me laugh (not an easy feat and made a mundane experience memorable and enjoyable!! She is amazing, please reward her because you don't get this kind of service ANYWHERE anymore post covid. She is highly valuable to your business!! Will be running- not walking -back here in the future, all thanks to her!
