Chili's Grill - Auburndale

After having a negative experience at this restaurant over a year ago, we decided to give it another shot. It is conveniently located across from the Auburndale Wal-Mart, in the same shopping center as Lowe's and a few other restaurants with easy access. We chose a less busy time of day and were seated quickly without a wait. Our server was friendly and efficient, bringing menus and drinks promptly. Everything went smoothly this time around.

The server was great. It took a while to get the trio appetizer, but the manager took it out of the bill because of this, thank you. The drinks and the food were great. We'll be back.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant, especially when I order the bacon and cheese quesadillas. However, a few weeks ago it was my birthday and they surprised me with a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the crowd of people was nice.

Today, we visited this restaurant for drinks and food. The place was crowded, so we decided to sit in the bar area. Nick, our bartender, was fantastic! Despite the busy bar, he provided excellent service without missing a beat. The food and drinks we ordered were delicious. We highly recommend this location, especially when Nick is working. You won't be disappointed! Thank you, Nick, for the exceptional service!
