I spoke to the woman at the counter, who appeared to be new, and asked if we could exchange it. She refused and told us we would have to buy a new one. I expressed my disappointment, noting that it was unfortunate they were willing to lose a customer over a four-dollar snow cone that was poorly made. I left the bad cone on the counter for the lady who lacked customer service skills. As a result, I won’t be returning with my godchild, children, or any of my grandchildren. It's disappointing to spend money at a place that doesn't prioritize customer service or common courtesy. It seems they might need to consider hiring a new employee, as I've never had an issue with the snow cones in the six years I've been visiting until yesterday. Another local business losing its loyal customers!
The place is nice, but the shaved ice melts rapidly, and the Spearmint snowball doesn’t taste like Spearmint at all! I would recommend skipping that one.
Was sooo good very different than regular snow cone I recommend getting cream drizzled on top and stuffed
Worst customer service we got there tonight at 8:50 PM with one car in front of us. The order before us took forever! We pulled up at 9:04 after waiting 15 minutes and they refused to serve us. There wasn’t any one in line behind us we would have been the last car of the night. That’s just not cool.
Pelican's has an array of flavors both with and without dyes. It's very refreshing on these very hot days. Great location.
