Contribuisci feedbackOk I like to give unbiased. Honest reviews. So here it is. Today 5/5/22 I went to the Auberndale location. I found the wait in the drive thru to be a bit long, about 16 minutes and I was the 3rd car back. I do think it's because it's made to order (or so I hope Due to shortages there were no oysters to be had, so I got the shrimp n tilapia plate with an extra side of fried mushrooms. The fish was cooked perfect, same as the shrooms and shrimp (really good shrooms).I pre read alot of reviews speaking about the super salty taste. What it is is that everything to include the fries was coated in a think layer of old bay. This might be the way the franchise itself treats its seafood and might not be these guys and ladies fault. I'd like to think if it was my call I'd take the not so lazy route of using different seasoning for different dishes.Oh. And many reviews commented on the food being over priced. I found this accurate as my $25 bull seed steep.
The food has gradually gotten worse here. We used to come frequently and the gyro meat was cut fresh and hot when served. Tonight's meal was a bunch of pre-cut gyro meat that was not only cold, but leathery texture and chewy like jerky. So dried out they were like chips. We decided after tonight's experience that we will never dine here again.
After a certain time the dinning room closes due to short staffing and even though you have ordered on line and already have paid... you will still have to wait in the drive thru line for your food because employees do not answer the phones either upon your arrival. This has happened more then once. Although it is good... the food here is over priced...the reason for only two stars out of five stars
I am a Uber eats driver and I picked up a delivery. Only reason I gave it 2 stars because the girl told me the customers order was complete, she forgot the customers drinks. The girl said that was the complete order. When I drove 20 mins away from your location and arrived to the customers address. The lady asked about her drinks. I apologized to the customer even though this wasn't my error. She has no other choice but to contact Uber eats to request a refund
This was my first time there where the meat wasn't overflowing out of the gyro. Prices went up while the quantity went down. Not looking good!
