Friendly and welcoming service. Food excellently cooked and presented, maybe a bit more mash with the venison, to soak up the delicious sauce. Desserts well what can i say, yes tasty, yes plenty, yes yes, i enjoyed the dessert if that didn't come across.
The best meal I have had in like, memory (probably not the best ever but whatever! . Recommended for honeymoon or any time you want to eat amazing food.
Wonderful surprise...stayed at the Gleneagles Resort, which is a singular experience in itself. Eating in the hotel every night, however, had its limitations. If you're looking for a night off the property, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Its simple and unpretentious exterior belies what is found within. Completely family-owned and run, the food, service and decor are of the highest specification. Highly recommended is the seafood souffle as an appetizer, the venison fillet and of course, stick toffee pudding, which is noteworthy. The wine list is commendable. An altogether enjoyable dining experience.
Fantastic meal as always and first class service. Have missed being able to go recently and will be back again soon.
