Tantalus Estate Vineyard - Auckland

Stunning gem on Waiheke Island! This was actually our families favourite winery that we visited during our visit to the island. The modern design was spectacular most of all the staff were the most friendly attentive. It was just gorgeous relaxing in the sun enjoying some beautiful wines. We also tried some beer tastings downstairs as well. A very calm relaxing afternoon enjoyed by the lot of us!! I highly recommend this vineyard we will be back for sure.

Exceptional crafted wine experience, with attention to sustainability in their carefully landscaped environment. The lunch we were delighted with the superb menu of locally sourced inventive dishes, views to die for, attentive knowledgeable and very friendly wait staff (special mention to Laura and Ryan). We visited on an incredibly busy Easter Mon service and everybody was happy enjoying a very special Waiheke sunny day with family and friends, a memorable day out on terrace with fabulous Pinot Gris, overlooking vines that had just been picked for 2018 vintage. Faultless, wouldn 't hesitate to recommend as 'must visit '.

Fabulous. Great food. Loved the beer paddles, tried all the beers, truffle fries delicious. Duck parfait to die for. All the food was good. Great service. A must visit for all who visit Waiheke.

Beautiful surroundings outside and inside. Very friendly and welcoming staff in restaurant. Service during meal was great and didn't feel rushed. Meal was delicious. Would recommend to others.

Truly one of the best dining experiences my husband I have ever had, and we have been to our fair share of nice restaurants the breathtaking views from our table, the friendly staff, the Michelin star quality food, the dietary accommodations (I'm vegetarian, and my husband is severely allergic to all nuts), and let's not forget the wine. Truly divine. We will be back!
