RESTAURANT DE L'HOTEL DE LA PLAGE

Always brilliant (it is our 3rd visit this year)! The new team (since last year) always delivers high-quality and creative menus with high value for money. We have the impression that they are still improving and improving over time. And will not be surprised to increase the...reputation and evaluation in the most important gastronomic guides. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit pure joy. Definitely one of the (new) place on Cote d'Opale.!

Booked on recommendation of the hotel we were in Ambleteuse and glad that we did as it was full at night. Food was super and plentiful, service was excellent, friendly and attentive, despite the waitress full occupied. The restaurant is very well furnished... to accommodate the current circumstances of Covid-19 and all staff were masked at any time, it felt very safe, unlike some other places we visited. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend it. We went on a Thursday evening and it was full, so I would strongly recommend a booking in advance. Please note that there is currently a notice that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday outside the holidays.

The food was excellent, with employees who were very good at their job. Although the place was full, we did not wait very long and the surroundings where great will go back there.

Have visisted several times in recent years lovely village food at hotel excellent then just up the stairs to bed Heaven no driving hope to be there soon

We have eaten here on two occasions and 3 of us always had the fish. Meat was apparently delicious, but the restaurant is known for fish, so it would not be too rude! Fish was fresh and delicious. Cheeseboard was disappointing- 3 fairly average...gifts offered and not large portions as it was for 2 to share. Given the diversity of local cheeses available, we thought this could be improved. Nevertheless, we would visit each other sincerely.
