In the meantime, of course, rebuilt and cultivated several times, and now there is a magnificent building with four guest rooms and rooms to stay overnight. Not easy to find, at the main road at the jet petrol station a steep mountain down, then no longer overlooked. Thus the path was described by a friendly person. We had eaten well at lunch, now it was about 8:00, and I actually had a bread. Not so easy in this area, the few locals closed at 8:00. The Thuringian Klause had opened until 9 a.m., we were greeted by the owner who also worked in service. Impressed by the beautiful atmosphere, all wood-clothed, but modern, and a large rose room, decorated with fresh roses on all red and white tables. Quickly the card was taken, and what else there are leaks. Especially the turtle was praised. It was almost embarrassing that we only ordered carvings on bread, but the stomach just didn't need more. In the beautiful place, and the receiving service, I would have expected better food. The schnitzel was certainly not freshly roasted, the two mirror eggs on it were good, but the salad dress from gurke and carrot rice were also not from the chair. For 8 Euro 50 only acceptable. Perhaps one of the many larger foods would have cost better, but for what we had, I can't give more than three stars. Typical thirst dishes that were expected on the name did not exist. My husband asked for a hotel brochure he would like to collect, and maybe you could have needed it, the environment is very nice, but it was explained to him that they don't have to. You are always booked, everything else you can read on the homepage. Wasn't that complete my case.
Accidentally discovered. It should actually go to Schneeberg, where the two preselected restaurants were unfortunately closed. Then we entered the spa centre in the neighboring town of Bad Schlema, where there are several hotels restaurants. The first on the way was the New Thuringian Klause. The traffic-smooth zone is a 2-minute walk from the Spa Park and the bathing facilities. Ringsum parking at the edge of the street or parking in the wellness centre. Attention: money is demanded everywhere, and the political dinners are very noble in fulfilling tasks; Unfortunately, no small money is involved, what now? The host himself stands at the counter and puts a euro in my hands and thinks that should be enough for the first. He doesn't want a return. Service as he is almost barely to believe. The places are short at noon, here seem to have cost many spa guests. 65plus age group and language lovers who not only suggest local ore fishing. A table for 2 people last for the next hour is still free. A very friendly service in the Dirndl is now good whether this is absolutely right here... In fact, the menu brings and asks for drinks. Although there are 60 guests in the two rooms, she manages to organize everything with her colleague and boss at the counter. Drinks come immediately and the food order is accepted. Why a restaurant in the middle of the Erzgebirge, where the Wismut mining company has been operating for several decades, according to Thüringer Klause, does not open immediately. In the menu and later on on the Internet we learn more about it. I'll put this in an appendix to this evaluation at some point. Now it is fed first. We ordered Red Beete Potatoes and Lachstatar in advance and as the main course Rindsroulade with Thüringer Klößen and Zanderfilet with vegetables and potato puree. Soup never eaten in this form, very tasty. Also all other dishes fresh, hot except the salmon, understands and dressed beautifully. Not overload plates and yet enough to be properly filled. After another borrowed euro that went to the municipal parking clock, we ordered Dessert and Espresso as well as other drinks. During dessert, the decision between ice flakes and home-baked cheese mandarin cake was difficult. Can I get you from everyone a small part, no problem. This is perfect service. For a total of seven drinks and the dishes mentioned, a little over 60 € were due. Generally rounded to 70, we did not lack the hint of giving 2 euros in the parking clock Sparschwein, if available, the next guest without small money, but by car in front of the door. To the house itself would still be to say that everything works well renovated and very well maintained. In addition to the old guest room in and the small adjoining room in the Erzgebirgian style, there is also an extension in modern with large windows that allow a lot of light. There is also the possibility to stay in one of eight rooms on the upper floors. In the meantime we have been to this local place several times and have always been served for the best. Of the special dishes, a reminder of the former owners from Thuringia, we are totally thrilled and almost everything was tried.
Here is the price/performance ratio. Chef and staff very friendly, food is very good, free parking at the house, at the place and in the spa park just a few steps, in a quiet side street, small beer garden behind the house. Gaststube, how to introduce yourself to a natural restaurant with a cassette ceiling. We liked the boss put two keys in our hands: look for a room! We and the big room under the roof did that. If we're in the area, we'll go back!
Very nice, friendly staff, delicious food, large portions of bright, well furnished rooms, large bathroom and reading light on beds, better than in the Hilton a hamburger
In a menu, for example, Schnitzel stands according to Wiener Art. But you get a normal carving. In my question, the service personnel replied: Is not a Viennese carving, especially in Vienna. What is that? Then Gulasch mixed (skin and beef with self-made sparrows. Was okay, but there was a little bit of vegetables (whether raw or cooked). Only a little red beds (for the Gulasch ? and some chives were present on the plate. The menu is clear and was already tuned for Advent and Christmas. Good drink and wine offer. The dishes correspond to the so-called good-buerty kitchen. Nothing exceptional and also no local dishes. Prices are still in the green area, but the region is somewhat overpriced.
