Burger King - Augusta

From time to time is here randomly sown, the personal is quite friendly. the load is almost always clean or cleaned. drive thru can use a little work during peak hours, waited as for 5 minutes 1 car before me at loudspeaker. finally got to order loudspeakers and asked if I could wait, after 7 minutes I drove away. only an isolated incident, so that I don't hold it against the place, everyone has a bad day in one

No relief for ordering in the app. You have to wait for those just placing orders at pull up. 42 minutes for a hamburger at the drive thru. It was paid for on the app so I couldn't leave. Got to the window and order still was not ready. SAD!!!

Excellent experience! We stopped by for a late lunch, and the ladies in the drive-thru were incredibly patient and friendly. They took our order correctly, including the promotion from the app, which was impressive. Our fries were fresh, and the sandwiches were delicious as well. Thank you!

My experiences at this Burger King have always been fantastic! During the day, my friend Janet, who is a twin, is the best manager. Her team consistently provides excellent service!

The staff was very friendly, and even though lunch was busy, my order was taken and served quickly. The restaurant was clean.
