Chicken Salad Chick - Augusta

I brought my granddaughter to your business for lunch. The staff was so nice and helpful. The Chicken Salat Sandwich on Croissant is so delicious. I'll be back soon to have one of your other raids. BTW this restaurant is so cheerful and welcoming.

Service and food is usually good. But I must have come the wrong day. The cashier leaned against the wall and took my order. I asked for the Croissant sandwich in the picture hanging next to the front door. She said, sir, I don't know you or what sandwiches you want. I repeated that I wanted the Croissant sandwich in the picture. She answered there 's hundreds of pictures here I don't know what you want. There is literally only one Croissant sandwich image in the whole place. She went away and sent someone else to help me.

That was one of my favorites for fast food. But my last two visits were disappointing. Mainly because the amount of chicken salad on the sandwiches is half of what it was earlier. Chicken salad covered about 40% bread. Both sandwiches were like that. So, either bad administration and quality control or they intentionally cut back. Either way, not worth the money.

I had fair high expectations based on what I heard others say, but these expectations fell flat for me. The service was not friendly and the food was overwhelming. I had the trio with the bacon, cheddar ranch?, the original and the southern style. It tasted quite the same to me and especially mago and not much else. The grape salad was delicious and I could only eat it. The crackers were mostly broken, so there was nothing to eat with it. The site shows the trio served as on salad, but as you can tell about my picture that was not true. The piece of salad was smaller than the palm of my hand. Sweet tea was good.

Absolutely love this franchise but this particular location is staffed with employees who, for the most part, look miserable to be working and annoyed by the lines at lunch or with any questions you ask. You feel like you?re bothering the employees when dining at the Augusta location. Love CSC, but have consistently not enjoyed my experience here. Keep returning for the food. ????
