Cook Out - Augusta

Burger was mixed up in the wrapper an the walking taco mix they made smelled like garbage. Onion rings were burnt so bad my dog wouldn?t come near it. This place was really good two years ago what happened. Customer service is no where to be found.

This is by far the WORST Cookout in the CSRA. I just spent an ENTIRE HOUR at the drive-thru for our order to be wrong. They told us to pull around and wait in the front of the store for the rest of our order, after charging us for what they got wrong whichwas more than half of my order. I waited for 20 minutes in front of the store for 2 orders of Chilli cheese fries. I went to thedoor to ask where my food was, which was unlocked. They tried telling me they were closed and I informed them I just wanted myfreaking food. They then handed me my food instantly meaning it had been done for a while and they had no intentions of bringingit out to me. My order here is always wrong, It takes 30-45 minutes to get food just to wait longer because its wrong. Iordered a big double burger with everything on it and this is what I got. This Cook out is HORRIBLE... Go anywhere on PeachOrchard but here, honestly. The employees are too busy vaping in the store and dancing/ talking with each other rather thanactually working. While waiting for my food there was an employee just sitting in the front not doing a single thing... Not oncedid he try to bring us our food.

Large fresh burger with good torf and variety. they have a cheerwine float and they are very generous with the ice, they can make almost a shake out of it until end, no soda left.

Terrible place to eat I would not recommend!!! I waited in line forever and then when I got to the window my order was wrong plus on top of it my food was old and cold!!! Definitely a waste of time and money!!!

Good taste...but give me wrong order..But not problem, is delicious too.
