Stable staffing is always a positive quality and several employees have been here a while. Fairly quick service and good quality and taste. Other DQs have chocolate softserve but this one does not.

Worst customer service. The last two times I have went I have dealt with some of the worst customer service ever. The management is no better and they do not conduct business accordingly. They got my order wrong and when I told them, they blamedme for the cashier not getting my order correct. I will not go back again. I will spend my money where it is appreciated.

Beware by nut allergie twice they gave my friend nuts in his ice. I called the load and they said they must tell them that they have a sweet allergy before ordering because they do not clean their machines after each order dangerous.

Bad customer service. the last two times I left, I've ever been busy with some of the worst customer service. the management is not better and they do not run properly. they have made my order wrong and when I told them they have given me the debt that the cashier does not get my order correctly. I will not go back. I will spend my money where it is estimated.
