Mcdonald's - Augusta

There was no one in there or in the car thru and we were still under control. No one greeted us that we had to say something and the man was like a minute. When we had ordered, we had to wait for some food they told us the waiting period was too long. Then they didn't put a sauce in their pocket, so the waiting time was longer. You were so rude!

I've had better days. When I order two ten piece nuggets ahead of time through the app. For pick up and its all I order. If it takes me 15 minutes to get there because of traffic. I shouldn't have to wait an extra 20 minutes in my pick up spot before they come out.

Math is not their strong point... a TEN piece nugget meal does not mean EIGHT (room temperature) nuggets go in the box. Crazy slow in the drive through... the worst was listening to them make fun of the elderly couple that was in front of me after they pulled away. Don't expect much. ?

So asked about the free pie! (sign on register) I dunno, lemme ask.... (meanwhile the back of the house seems to be sorting out some terrible drive thru snafu) Fill out the survey on the receipt! (it is not the survey on the receipt) Also used kiosk to order, and cashier could not pull it up had to renter manually. got food forgot coffee. doubt it 's fresh, end of pot, but itll be coffee. train harder, guys, you 'll get there....

Good service and my order came back on time and correctly
