Southbound Smokehouse LLC - Augusta

They had a reservation for 12, when we arrived there, they had a table for 8 waiting and said we had to wait for another table to clarify so that we could all sit. not sure if they understand what a reservation is

Since hostess has ignored us 15 minutes on last trip, waited 30 minutes after the reservation. our waitress was very good, but as usual, you sent a deer back, as not as ordered. rib were the hardest I ever got in a restaurant and not really trimmed. we really want to love this neighbourhood, but it went down so fast that this was three. it needs better eating and better management to be successful.

They were ripped out so that 2 of the limited dinner on the menu removed. for an appetizer and a sandwich ordered for dinner. sandwich first came out and after the question that the waitress explained, they made a mistake. 1 minute later our wings came out. I didn't see the waitress again until we were done. When we came to the wings, they were cold.

We're here for the high season. eating was great and the server were very friendly!

Great service one server that payed attention to all of our party of 25. Great food. A little cramped , but luckily we like each other
