Contribuisci feedback10 minutes waiting and not being informed that there is a waiting for unconsidered. first of all, have to pay and sit for 10 minutes, then get the wrong dinner. I didn't get a normal hun spicy and it didn't have tomato or pickle when asked for extra. it shows red, incompetent customer service. very disappointing
I thought they were closed. I moved to parking space to turn the personal and saw inside, went through the drive through and menu was not lit. I asked if they were open and they said they were. I told her that none of the outside lights were up and they looked closed. she said we closed at 10 o'clock so the lights were ready to close! I tried to order a meal, but they only had limonaden and tee to drink. I don't drink, so I ordered this sandwich! I don't understand why they turned the lights off almost an hour before closing!
I went to the drive to wendy’s on washington around 6:35 clock. the breakfast sign wasn't on my side. I came out and went to the sign to see what I wanted. after my order and wait 10 minutes yes 10 real minutes. I went to bojangles on walton way. that's not the first time I've done bad experiences with wendys in this one.
These people close the lobby on them with previous knowledge. I went from work and placed mobile order. I couldn't get it because the lobby was closed. I would have known that I had never asked. the phone is always busy so they can't call before the time and the app won't tell them is lobby pickup available or not. a fixed one of me.
Just tried to place a simple salad order with with the extra dressing that I that I was charged for Ashley did you check make sure I had the extra salad dressing she assured me I didn't When I got home it was not there got chewed out my wife wife for not checking before I'll let the drive-through
