The view from the restaurant was stunning, despite the strong winds outside. The atmosphere inside was cozy and comfortable. The food served was delicious pub fare and the service was friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Our family group enjoyed a typical Aussie-Pub lunch outside the lawn under a shaded umbrella with a beautiful view over the river. Meals quickly came out, the burgers were huge and fish and chips delicious. Inside looked for an update, but outside was wonderful with its quiet view.
This is a pub with a fantastic view. Recommended to sit outside. Was not so busy with many seats. The food was excellent with the burgers a big hit. The place didn't really feel like a pub, but a good restaurant. Very recommended for lunch.
This Australian pub is truly a classic with stunning views. Perched on a hill overlooking the river and the ocean, it offers plenty of tables, a spacious bar, outdoor seating, and ample green grass for children to play. The menu features traditional pub fare such as parmigianas, fish and chips, and burgers, all of which consistently deliver on quality. While on the pricier side, the hardworking staff make sure diners have a great experience. The only downside is that tables cannot be reserved, so be prepared to wait for a seat. Despite this, we enjoyed some drinks while waiting for a table with our group of 8.
This is an old pub but it has lots of charector and charm. The food is average and nothing to write home about and some of their points were overpriced. This is the first place EVER that I've been charged $15 a pint. The bonus of this pub is the scenery as its perched high on the high and has the amazing views of the Blackwood Rivet and Ocean mouth.
