(For the new guys, the mainline is where you get food that's better for you anyways.)I've never gotten badly sick myself, though occasionally when choosing a meat option they might be undercooked.The scrambled pasteurized eggs in the mornings aren't prepared thoroughly, at least for the times I've had them.Hot breakfast items are hit or miss, it depends on how the management feels at that time I guess.If you get the chance to, definitely get the Cordon bleu or the lobster. Best food options here by far.
I've worked here for almost 5 years and it's been a great learning experience with ample opportunity for growth.
It has a buffet-like food services, but the downside is the limited variety of food.Vegetarian options: Available vegetables include Lettuce, Spinach, and limited meat like bacon, beef, and chicken
Food is consistanly undercooked. The day i got a hard boiled egg tbat was completely raw, was the day I knew there is no way this dfac can ever get better. I have reported the raw food many times and the issues have still not be resolved.
It's not bad but it seems the employees are unmotivated, aside from the CAC scanners (they make my day haha).
