Mai Vietnamese - Aurich

There are not many vegan options in Aurich, so we decided to try this Vietnamese place. The interior is not very cozy, so we went for take-out. We tried spring rolls and red curry with tofu and vegetables. The curry was quite thin, and I wish there were more vegetables and also spices in there (it was quite bland). We added some spices ourselves and then it was nice! You get big portions, so we had it for lunch the next day.
