What is it with his place? Second time here, thought it would improve but it hasn't. The tea and soup were good, the shrimp dumplings were OK. BUT the chicken balls were all breading with only a dime size piece of chicken in them. Also, the bean and chicken main dish was extremely salty and the chicken pieces were rubbery. The green beans had blackened marks on them. The other chicken main dish was doused with orangy red sauce, heavily breaded with a tiny piece of meat inside. Both dishes very salty, and the breaded dish was very sugary. Is this real Asian food? From an aesthetic view, the place is getting run down with soiled chair covers.
Very rude staff and service is painfully slow the food though for a dim sum resto in this deep York region is good I will give them that much
Did take out the usual beef with blackbean sauce on rice noodle, Shanghai noodles, lemon chicken and fried rice. Food was quite good but they made us wait for almost an hour.
We left hungry and we went to another restaurant to eat ! Very difficult communication. Wanted to try something new but couldn't figure out much. We wanted to try bitter melon beef. Well, it is extremely bitter, a pile of melon with a practically no much beef.
