It is a small little restaurant with a wide selection of food. The owners are very nice and quickly memorized my order to the point that they throw a burger on the grill for me before I even order. Its always clean and quite and they have a number of newspapers to read while you wait and eat. They also have 2 washrooms and plenty of parking. Been coming here for 9 years and will do so until they close
Excellent food.great prices.cash only. Back bacon on a bun and fries .my favourite. 3 specials daily.
I've been working around the corner from this place for 6 months and only 2 weeks ago discovered it's existence. It's a great little place to eat. Nothing fancy about it at all, but that's not the point. It's a diner in the industrial area of Aurora. What do you expect? The meals are good, cooked for you when you order. The home burger is delicious, add bacon and cheese and it's even better. The portion size is big and the prices are relatively cheap for what you'd expect. I suggest ordering one of the daily specials, they are affordable and tasty, made fresh to order. One last thing, CASH ONLY!!
Two of us needed a quick bite as we had allot of work to do. We decided to drop in and get takeout. I had a toasted tuna salad sandwich and a Caesar salad. My coworker had a B.L.T. with fries. First let me address the salad. It was smothered with a dressing which was not Caesar and those fake bacon bits that they used to use in the 80"s. My tuna sandwich was watery so the bread was soggy by the time we got it back to work My coworker,s B.L.T.....The lettuce was watery and the tomatoes not quite ripe. The bacon was crispy but precooked and they did not bother re-heating it. The fires were completely devoid of seasoning. On to the décor, we had not been there for some time and the current owners said they owned it since 2000. It is the same décor from the precious owners. The pulled the frozen fries from a freezer that had black filth on it. The place really needs a good clean up. The name and picture on this sight are not correct it is the parkway cafe and grill and the outdoor seating consist of two old chipped chairs and a table. The building colour is even wrong.
