The old lady who is night in weekend she didn’t even know difference b/w espresso form N espresso shot and she always putt espresso shot in ice coffe without asking happning last couple of weeks sad , drive tru service should be best Atleast in mid night . That lady accept the order and at last told me she is know what it is . Please request change her it is the only tim Horton open in night in aurora . Service: Take out

I was happy to see the staff was new. Store was clean and the server was very friendy and accommodating. I was at the Aurora yonge street location. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Im very disappointed to say that Tim Hortons is no longer what it used to be. I went in today to get a crispy chicken habanero bowl around noon and this is what I received. As you can probably see in the photo, the bowl is barely filled up and the section where the rice is supposed to be there was barely any rice. Having worked at another Tim Hortons location myself in the past this is not standard on how much rice they should be putting in the bowls. If we did this at my old Tim’s, the mangers would get mad because you’re supposed to serve the customers the right portion for how much they’re paying! If I’m paying a good amount I expect a good portion of food in return. The employees need to stop being stingy with their portions when they have no problem charging you for it. You pay for something, you should receive what you payed for and not this. This picture isn’t even angled the greatest but in person this bowl was super disappointing to look at when I opened it. Stop being stingy and train your employees properly.
