Tokyo Joe's Cornerstar Way - Aurora

I didn't feel like cooking and there aren't many vegan options in the area. I discovered HC and decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer vegan sushi, vegan poke bowls, and even vegan options for kids. I ordered the poke bowl and sushi, both of which were incredibly fresh and delicious. Our twins shared the kids meal and we also ordered a child's Bento box for our son (which had enough food for an adult!). They also have vegan gluten-free options and clearly label everything on their menu. The vegan gluten-free teriyaki sauce was amazing! We definitely plan on returning to HC in the future.

This is a fantastic spot for quick and nutritious Japanese cuisine! I do wish they offered miso soup and a larger variety of sushi options on their menu.

The staff was friendly, but when I got home, I found out that some ingredients, including my dressing, were missing.
