I placed my order a week in advance online, but when we went to pick it up, we were told to wait "5 minutes," only to end up waiting for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, the image on the cake was green! They claimed there was an issue with the printer. If that's the case, why offer this service at all? They clearly can’t get it right, especially for $42 for a 6-inch cake. I've learned my lesson, and we won't be returning.

The restaurant keeps changing its hours. Last week, they announced they would be open until 9:30 a.m., but today I saw a sign at the drive-thru saying they had closed early. They are constantly closing in front of their listed closing time and have a attitude to it. the third time we tried to go unsuccessful, we told them that they should change their hours on their website and they said it wasn't their problem.
Very bad service. Took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us to take our order. Then after we paid for it they got the order wrong and we didn't realize it until we unpacked it from the bag. Also the cones we got on the side were very stale.
