Owner/operator obviously doesn’t care otherwise they would hire people or close down the inside or drive through to help out their employees. Horrible experience every time.
I ordered in the app for a delivery that did not work contact number for the driver. the app shows that my order was delivered, but I have no order, and no one tried to contact me at all. No one answers the phone when I try to call the restaurant. I tried to place the order again because I had to eat, and somehow I was charged three times. I'll talk to a manager tomorrow.
The original chicken sandwich was burned. not only a bit crispy, but literally burned. I couldn't chew it. we ordered through the trip thru, so I didn't even know it was burned until I came home. I don't understand why they would even give it to someone. only to throw and make a new one. they weren't friendly either. would not recommend this place.
Loves to close an hour early every time I try and order from here. Shame such a nice and expensive building is so unreliable as a burger king
Today 5/10/22 i sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, there are cars in the parking lot and lights are on, i drove by the windows and theres 2 people laughing and standing around on there phones, the lobby is supposed to be open at 6 am and at 6:30 the doors are still locked and no one is wanting to work. Ive seen other reviews about this place and the quality of work and it seems like management doesnt care either, nice to know
