Contribuisci feedbackThe food was good. I ordered the waffle fries, which were prepared by the manager. However, when my order arrived, I asked if the fries were cooked well, and she replied that they don't make good fries here! What? Why didn't the manager mention that? They certainly didn't smell appealing. Most of the fries were acceptable, but several were soft and completely undercooked. That's why we always get our fries from Chick-fil-A—they're consistently well made. Also, this place doesn’t offer a discount for veterans like many others do.
The food is always delicious! My favorite is the spicy dish. I love dipping my waffle fries into the sauce—it’s a perfect combination! You really can’t go wrong here!
The dining experience was delightful. The staff were very friendly, with Claire being especially warm and welcoming. Steve also provided a friendly atmosphere.
My experience was absolutely terrible. I then placed a DoorDash order after my order was placed, I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to steve the manager. I said steve, I just placed my order, I want my food to be fresh as I bought 30 nuggets a crispy chicken sandwich. first he said he would write it up to make sure it happened, then he said I can't do well, then he ended the conversation saying I'll make sure that her eating is well done and fresh. 2 min later I get a text from doordash and said my eating is on the way. I receive my eating and the whole order is ice cold that my sohn had to be eating in the microwave. Of course, this means that I have to buy something else, from (sometimes otherwise). then I call the restaurant to an apple to the same manager, and I told him how he couldn't honor his engagement and my eating was freezing. he said I'm sorry, but I couldn't eat well. I said, but you can cook ice cold food? I'd like to have a warm meal. he was extremely condescending. he did nothing to correct my thing. I will definitely go into my trouble. worse experience ever, one I spend hundreds a week at this place. but in the round I was told whether they placed their order via grubhub or doordash their business priority. only the customers who go to the restaurant to get their food is an estimated customer. I'm going out of that to go to another place that goes forward.
The staff here is the absolute sweetest! I was in charge of picking up food for an organization’s event, and they helped answer any questions I had the minute I walked in the door. I’d gotten there early and still had some time until the set pickup time. The manager kindly offered a drink while I waited. The woman at the counter waited patiently while I decided what I wanted to order while I waited.Once the order I was picking up was ready, there were many boxes and bags that needed to be taken out to my car, and the worker did not hesitate to help me carry them to my car. I cannot thank this Chick-Fil-A location enough for 1) their generous donation and 2) for the considerate helping hands when I was there. I wish I had gotten their names!
