Chili's Grill - Aurora

I absolutely love this Chili's location! I've been coming here since I was young, and the service has always been amazing. Keep up the great work! As for parking, there's plenty of space for all guests. Accessibility is also excellent, with no entry steps and low tables for wheelchair access.

**Vegetarian Options:** There were salad options available. **Kid-Friendliness:** They offered kids' menus and an interactive menu with games at every table. **Parking:** There was plenty of parking space. **Wheelchair Accessibility:** There were ramps at the entrance for easy access.

I was about to give this place 1 star purely because of the long string of failures we were set upon since we arrived this past Saturday mid day: we were given a table by the teenager looking receptionist not far from several families with lots of screaming kids: due to my medical problems I cannot take high pitched voices and asked to be moved on the 'adult side ' of the place the young guy who took my order, however friendly he was, forgot several items which I asked him not to bring from my fajitas order I believe in saving the planet and not throw away stuff I would not eat: somebody else could benefit of this food!! after a very long wait they brought our food, yet no flour tortillas and the 2 waitresses near us could not even be bothered to listen to us so I had to shout to get their attention eventually a young girl arrived with our order and said 'oh, you want tortillas too? ' when the tortillas were brought, there was no fresh veggies as I asked them to bring at the very beginning some 10min later a guy eventually brought some veggies I was thinking 'come on, let 's leave and I will give 1 star to this place ' due to the lack of responsibility of the staff who were coming out of the kitchen looking at me with a smile. I guess they now think they are superior to everybody for reasons known only to themselves? What a joke. We were about to leave indeed when the manageress arrived and I explained everything, although I was tired and bored, however she insisted on putting everything right. I was impressed with her great attitude, this is the reason why I give this place 5 stars. After all, I am not a big foodie, I am more after a great socialising experience when I decide to go and eat out. So, well done to the young manageress, she is the real asset to this place.

Good food but I mean it's chili's. Food is all about the same. But they do a good job here.

Against my better judgment, we stopped eating on the way to the house from the apple pick. I ordered 11 boneless wings accidentally. I actually believe that I read the menu incorrectly and the menu said 11 burned, in which warmer for the last two days, crispy eggs of brotes. can or may not contain any chicken. I was lucky that two had a hunch in the little burned eggs of the broth. but maybe I should read the menu better.
