This used to be one of my favorite restaurants before the pandemic. The food was amazing back then, but not anymore. The quality has definitely changed and it just doesn't taste the same. It's quite bland now. The fried calamari was tough and rubbery with no seasoning at all. Sorry, guys! Rating: 2 out of 5 for the food.
I've never been to a buffet that gives plastic ware to use but it probably saves them money and time cleaning. I only wish they'd use these savings to upgrade the food quality. Every time I've gone I've left feeling like I wasted money. I was also turned off by the warning on the napkin holders about excessive food waste leading to an additional fee.
Unfortunately, this restaurant has significantly declined in quality. The prices keep going up, with my 3-year-old grandson being charged $8.99 and my 8-year-old grandson being charged $11.49. Even with my senior discount, I was still charged $46.40 for just myself and two small grandchildren. They have also removed several meat dishes from the menu. The beef and broccoli dish had very little beef, and the chicken and broccoli had very little chicken. The overall taste of the dishes has also changed for the worse. With the combination of higher prices and lower quality food, I will not be returning to this restaurant and I cannot recommend it to others.
As someone from the southern region, I have a particular palate for good food, and unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet my expectations. It was also my first time encountering Asians with a rude attitude. The overall customer service in Colorado left much to be desired. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for friendly assistance. As for the food, I would rate it a 2 out of 5.
