Noodles Company - Aurora

I understand that stores are understaffed so it's hard to blame the workers. They were nice and one poor gentleman had to clean up a whole day's worth of trash that was overflowing from the bin. It was just very dirty, the food was mediocre and cost waytoo much to just be ok.

They forgot my wife's order brought mine out and had to start hers. Mine got cold had to go ask the status of hers and it finely came out. Didn't want to ask them to re-due mine so ate it cold. Manager apologized and gave us a card for a free entree.

Friendly staff, good food. Trash cans were over flowing, and tables were dirty.

Went in here an hour before close and they told me it?s a 45 minute wait for food before I had even ordered. I try to be courteous when coming in late and I believe an hour is reasonable. People were rude and didn?t want to serve customers. Terribleservice. Go anywhere else

Ordered for my son and I drove 20 min home to find order wrong, bread burnt. They were nice enough to make again. Drove 20 min back to pick up. Got home and ate one bite of my leanguini parmesean lemon. I was so disgusted. No lemon pernasean flavor.Lookes like the noodles were cooked in a pan that was burnt. My noodles stuck together like glue. 40.00 to only throw our foodaway. I will never eat at this location. Noodles and company is way better at the other centennial location.
