The server, Will, was cheerful, speedy, and attentive. His positive attitude truly enhanced the dining experience.

We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. We waited for over an hour to receive our food, which was explained to us by the server as the kitchen being slow and the manager later informed us that a part of our order kept burning in the oven. The first three meals that came out were a salad with chicken, a burger, and a shrimp dinner. Unfortunately, the burger and shrimp dinners were not hot and were just barely warm. Finally, after more waiting, the pizza dinner was delivered and it was the only meal that was actually hot. The manager provided us with a small discount but we are unlikely to return to this establishment. It was supposed to be a special dinner out for our son's 19th birthday, but it turned out to be a disappointing and unpleasant experience for all of us. The restaurant was only half full and even though two large parties were seated after us, they received their pizza dinners and left before we even got our food.

Brianna provided excellent service during our birthday celebration, but there was an issue with the credit card payment.

Third time we’ve tried this restaurant and definitely our last. Terrible service and an hour wait to get our food after we ordered.

Always bang for the buck, especially with rewards. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they were horribly crowded. That shows they're good.
