We brought this to the attention of the manager, who claimed it was a manufacturing issue. However, there was no offer for a replacement or any acknowledgment of our concerns. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.
I stopped by and ordered a margarita pizza to go. While it tasted good, it was missing half of the ingredients. There was no arugula, no pesto, and I was surprised that the fresh mozzarella just melted on top instead of being the traditional white. I ended up eating it because I didn't want to waste it, but it was disappointing. I felt cheated! Next time I order this, I will definitely check to see what they have. If they're out of stock on certain items, customers should be informed before placing their order and making payment.
This is a great restaurant with friendly staff. As a frequent customer who often enjoys coffee and drinks at Panera, I highly recommend the Sip Club membership—it’s a great way to save money! They also have an amazing breakfast menu. I've used their order-ahead and pick-up service before, and I've always received my order on time.
Always fast, tasty and great. Today laugh and sing the kitchen crew together. I love a happy working environment!
Very delicious breakfast! Clean seats and tables , super friendly service keep up the good work ?? the employees even wipe windows daily! That’s why the glass is so clean ??
