Called to place an order. What I did not know is that you don't speak to the store, you get transferred to a call center. The person took my card info over the phone but the card was declined. Odd. I go into the Papa John's and the manager said that the card was declined due to them being busy and that they do not take phone orders and it is outsourced overseas. A few days later, I now have credit card fraud on my card due to this call center. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Rude Management, when they messed up my order and I called them about it I was told it was my fault for ordering the pizza. They do not care about the customers, and papa johns corporate office told me they have heard this many time about that store but refuse to do anything about it. Do not use this one Drive anywhere else this food is bad, and the people are worse
I walked in to pick up a Pizza. Apparently it's OK to handle the phone, use the touch screen computer, and then handle the dough. ? Hard fail for me.
Hello all, I’m taking the time to post about the awful experience I had with this particular pizza place. As I was paying I happened to open my pizza box and seen it was made wrong. I notified the worker immediately and he showed absolutely NO type of desire to correct the issue but instead argued with me about the topping and kept ringing me up! Where is the customer service?? At the end I ended up paying for a pizza that I did not eat. I will never return to this particular establishment in fear of some kind of retaliation to my food. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this review so he/she can see what type of inexperienced people they have working for them, representing their name. I guess the old saying is true, “it’s hard to find good help”..
