On top of that, it’s a long walk to your room—I've never encountered such a lengthy trek in a hotel before. Honestly, this place isn't worth $150, let alone $250 per night. Please, I urge you not to waste your money here.
I reserved a room to share with a colleague and arrived late. It took the person at the front desk quite a while to issue me a key, despite having the reservation details, including the name, phone number, and confirmation number. Finally, I got to my room, but the key didn’t work. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk, which is quite a trek since it's a large venue. The staff member made me a second key, and I returned to my room, only to find that this one didn’t work either. I ensured I kept it away from any electronics and handled it carefully. It's now 1:00 AM, and I'm exhausted. This is utterly frustrating.
Here for Twins Day Weekend again this year. What a wonderful place to stay for this event. I can’t say enough about Natalie at the front desk she is a positive and beautiful person!! Kelly is the nicest bar maid and so friendly! so is her son. Tim keeps the pool and the surrounding areas looking awesome. These three employees need a raise and a bonus!!! Food drinks: Amazing menu. The sushi bar is over the top!! ??
Absolutely horrible... Bathtub was about ready to fall through the floor, no USB ports. Terrible twins parade crowd that partied loud both nights we were there, smell of weed filled the halls and outside. Were barricaded in our room by furniture moved around the halls, couldn't get out. Police laughed at our complaint. Pool was full of broken glass, half naked drunken guests and trash. Might be a nice place normally but we had a nightmare stay.
We went for the twin festival (3rd year) and we’re told over and over that we had to stay here. We booked it, and were immediately disappointed. Beds were nearly broken down, broken tv, no fridge, they wanted $15 for breakfast (even for our twin 4 year olds and 6 year old who don’t eat much). We paid at check in, splitting between myself and my sister, I paid cash and she paid card. Angel messed up our payments in the system, showing we didn’t pay at all, so at checkout we were told we had to pay, and our total of $580 at check in magically changed to $1, 800. We refused to pay it, and Natalie was super helpful once we showed her the documents we had. We were assured the manager would handle it asap. I called back at 4, and I was told they’d call me when Angel got in around 5. I called at 7, and then told the manager would call me in the morning. This was a really horrible hotel with a renovated facade, we will not be staying here again. The shuttle to the festival was unreliable, despite following their posted pick up times, we somehow missed the shuttle every time, and had to call the hotel to request it each time. It was not worth the money, as we could have had breakfast and better amenities at a cheaper hotel.
