Not happy, arranged the thigh bites and got mixed pieces of dry boneless chicken and pieces of boiled chicken batter, I actually only saw 3 thigh bites, had the same order during in scottsdale, az and it was perfect all the pieces we thigh bites. I guess it's best to order bones in wings.
Gabby the manager is very unprofessional and rude. I still wait for a refund of an order that the food was returned and gaveby incorrectly prepared. I took on Saturday 30th april, again eating after wingstop and today is Friday 6th mai and not yet refunded. I first bought food from naperville forgue location and was said to be the aurora eola location, because gabby was there today. I called and the phone was picked up and suspended. I guess the caller ID doesn't want her to give me a refund. she is the manager at both locations. I will never support a place again. Waiting for 7 days for a refund for her mistake is ridiculous and hanging on someone while I'm just calling that they don't need the business and they don't care about patrons who support their business.
Avoid this two-way. tries to always cook over, soggy and stinky huh. oil drips out of him like a squeezed sponge.
Poorly managed restaurant! Needs change. To bad. Wing stop normally delicious, but not at this location! Hopefully they make a change, so I can eat at my local wing stop!
