Sadhana Forest - Auroville

What do you want me to say? they come into their beautiful environment in the forest and get free vegan food served, all eat together. they can take a tour through the site and learn about the project. they also saw cowspiracy when I was there. it's a must!

Every day they come into the Sadhana forest, they are delicious, heathy served, filling vegan food, cooked by the volunteers in the project. eating here agrees with the projects visions and principles by promoting a connection with nature, body and spirit. also as a bonus, everyone here is very nice and in the usually open-minded, and everyone eats together, so please feel free to make a conversation! oh and have I mentioned that everything is free? Gift Economy, yo!

I love eating here. it has changed my nutritional habits and made me a pure vegan.

Hallo! some words to tell them my feelings about sadanah forest. actually I have been here for 5 days and stay for a month, beginning a new experience, and already satisfied! satisfied to wake up tomorrow and go to the forest, enjoy the nature during the split hours of the day. I feel good until the evening. satisfied to be welcome in this community. it is so easy to participate in everyday, the organization is simple and efficient. the split days were quite intense, I need more days to get used to the red! satisfied about vegan eating! so many dishes, all so tasty, always have to tell me that I don't eat much, they hear their chair, they will explose I after the next moments to live in this place out of love and trees!

Eating at Sadhana forest is a great moment, very respectful to the nature and to ourselves. The meals are always different and each contains raw and cooked food. As you can eat as much as you want, there is food for everybody's tastes. In each meal there is a salad with fruits, cooked food is mostly based on coconut and cinnamon, and on Fridays they use to prepare some tasty dessert. As a French and Italian I like eating raffinate food and I can say that the mix of spices here is very well done.
