Il Cono - Auroville

We entered in this gelateria just to ask an information and in five minutes we fell in love with it forever!The GELATO is the best we've ever tried (we are italians...so we know what we're talking about!), the quality of the ingredients is superb and the location is beautiful, very clean and fresh, it seems like a little spot of Italy in India ;)Moreover if this is not enough the owners are fantastic people always with a big smile, sense of humor and they make you feel more like friends rather than clients.Just step in and you'll see!!!...........R E A L L Y A M A Z I N G.........!!!!!!

Unfortunately we discovered this place on our last day in Auroville otherwise we would have repeated numerous times the visit to this gelato.The ice cream is excellent, please try also the Pistachio one.The person who makes the ice creams is so nice he even came to us and ask for feedback and chatted a little bit about the shop and the gelato.There are also book shelves with many many books and you can exchange one of your books with something from their library

This is a very good typical icecream cafe. The cafe is cool and lots of aircondition and very good homemade ice cream. the staff was really nice and helpful.

World class gelato served with art of love in an ambience which made me feel heaven. Must visit place and if you don't have gelato here , you miss something in your life.....

It's very difficult to find Gelato made with so much rafinesse and perfection - even in Italy. Pistacchio Gelato and Torronata are my special recommendations. It's a bright and very transparent place with a nice roof top terrace. The gelatai are very kind hosts and masters of their subject!
